All bookings and payments must be made through the Cipherwheels platform and are subject to vehicle availability, applicable pricing, booking conditions, and our cancellation and refund policies. Cancellation, modification, no-show, or other applicable fees may apply.

Users must operate vehicles responsibly and comply with all applicable traffic, safety, parking, and local laws. Vehicles must not be used for unlawful, dangerous, unauthorized, or prohibited activities. Users are responsible for taking reasonable care of the vehicle and may be responsible for damage, traffic violations, misuse, or other costs resulting from their actions, subject to applicable law. Unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, interference with the platform, or misuse of another user's account is strictly prohibited.

Cipherwheels makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, availability, and services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Cipherwheels will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of data or property damage. Users understand that vehicle operation involves inherent risks and agree to follow all applicable safety requirements and traffic laws.

Cipherwheels reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if a user violates these Terms, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform. These Terms of Use may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements.
